Silicone Gaskets
LSR gasket is high-purity and non-toxic material, it can satisfy all requirements. Liquid silicone are applied more and more in food, water, and medical contact products.
Liquid Silicone Rubber gaskets are more precision with mini parting line, less silicone flashing. Its design and size tolerance are stable, especially for LSR over-molding or 2-shot molding with plastic or metal parts.
Liquid silicone gaskets can be sterilized by steam anto-claving, ethylene oxide, gamma, e-beam. LSR is inorganic nature, it is waterproof and can resist oxidation and some chemicals.

Silicone keypads can be divided into conductive silicone keypad and non-conductive silicone keypad. Conductive silicone keypad includes carbon pill button pad, conductive ink printing rubber keypad, metal dome button pad, gold pill rubber buttons and nickle rubber keypad.
